These general conditions apply to the purchase of products from the Heidi.com online store and for all information, documents, graphics, films and / or any other services provided in the online store or by Heidi.com SA . Drawings, illustrations, images, sample collections, information, technical data, weight, size and performance descriptions shown are non-binding and there may be deviations from the final product. We reserve the right to change prices and products without notice. However, if an item has already been paid for but not yet delivered under the old price, the latter will be binding on both parties until the delivery has been completed, after which the new price will prevail. All our prices include 7.7% VAT if the destination country is Switzerland or Liechtenstein. They are free of VAT for other countries, but the customer is solely responsible for ensuring that he pays the taxes applicable in his country.

In order to be able to make full use of the online store, which also includes adding items to the cart and the checkout process, you must configure your browser to allow both cookies and pop-ups. Conclusion of the contract

Choosing our products, you submit an offer to purchase in the form of an order. We accept your offer by accepting your order by means of a confirmation email. If the goods are not available despite the acceptance of your order, we have the right to withdraw from the contract. In this case, we will inform you of the new time required for it to be available again. If you refuse this period by responding within 7 days of our notice, we undertake to refund the purchase price if your credit card has already been debited.

The quantities ordered must correspond to normal domestic quantities.

Delivery and shipping

Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer. The shipping costs are indicated at the time of the online order according to the total weight of the goods ordered. The delivery method chosen by the customer does not bind Heidi.com SA if he has chosen a method that does not correspond to the weight ordered. If the chosen mode does not cover delivery costs, the order cannot be shipped until the customer has paid the difference between this mode and the minimum mode to transport this weight to the desired destination and on time. indicated.

The delivery times indicated when choosing the delivery method are indicative and without guarantee insofar as they depend on the postal services, transport or other entities than Heidi.com SA. The latter, however, undertakes to deliver the packages to the transport service within 2 working days of full payment of the order.

Payment and retention of title

The payment methods are indicated at the time of the order. On request, we can also accept delivery by invoice provided that at least one order has already been made via the means of payment offered by the online store.


Goods can be returned within 10 days of receipt. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. The return must be sent to the address of Heidi.com SA in Neuchâtel and the goods must be in perfect condition, not stained and not wrinkled. Otherwise, Heidi.com SA will invoice the customer for the additional costs incurred for the repair or replacement of the products. The postmark is sufficient to meet the return deadline.

In the event of a compliant return, the customer has the choice between being reimbursed or receiving the returned product in another color and / or another size. In the latter case, he will have to pay the delivery costs again.

The exercise of the right of return expires the purchase contract as soon as the refund or the sending of another size / color made (which prohibits a new right of return on this shipment).

Warranty against defects and liability

For all products that can be purchased from the Heidi.com SA online store, the warranty period is 12 months from the day the goods leave for delivery.

Defective products must be returned to Heidi.com SA. The customer must bear the return costs, which will be reimbursed by Heidi.com if the defects are admitted.

The warranty extends to all defects occurring within the warranty period, provided that they can be attributed to poor quality material or faulty workmanship. Liability is limited, at the option of Heidi.com SA, to repair if possible or to the replacement of the defective merchandise, or to its reimbursement.

Any other claim by the buyer is excluded. In particular, Heidi.com SA is not liable for any damage that can be attributed to improper use, improper washing or natural wear and tear, nor for damage which has not occurred to the delivered item itself (damage consecutive). Any modification, repair or maintenance work carried out without our agreement, as well as non-compliance with the general conditions, void the warranty.

All personal data is treated confidentially. The data necessary for commercial transactions are recorded and transmitted only to partner or affiliated companies in the context of order processing.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

All contracts are subject exclusively to Swiss law. The exclusive legal venue is in Neuchâtel (Switzerland).
